It's our 100th episode! And we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than to thank our listeners, and give all of you the floor (plus, it allowed us to take it easy and not worry about generating all the content ourselves!). And so, we begin by discussing the x-tremely cool contents of a listener-submitted care package, and then go on to answer a number of questions submitted on our social media feeds. Which X-Men characters do we think have had the most interesting existences, what do the X-Men personally mean to us, what would OUR mutant powers be if we wrote ourselves into the comics...all of these questions and more are answered. Thank you to everyone who chimed in!

Then, we move on to discussing issue #100 of the original "Uncanny X-Men" run. From August of 1976, and written and illustrated by the classic duo of Chris Claremont and Dave Cockrum, "X-Men #100" sees a battle of X-Men vs. X-Men (at a time when that was still a novelty), as Wolverine, Storm, Banshee, Nightcrawler, and Colossus find themselves having to defend themselves against an attack from the original five X-Men (Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Beast, Iceman, & Angel), as well as Havok and Polaris, aboard a space station. However, all may not be truly as it appears, in an action-packed issue that culminates with one of the most important moments in X-Men history. How does the issue stack up today? Listen on to find out.

Here's to another 100!
